The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Credit Union to fulfill its mission of maintaining a sound financial position, specifically in the area of delinquent loans. This is accomplished by diligently controlling delinquent loan accounts and pending late payment reminders by monitoring the collection of all loans, contacting deliquent members, developing plans to bring accounts current and providing general service activities related to the collection of various type of accounts.

The primary purpose of this job is to assist the Credit Union to fulfill its mission by providing exceptional service to both internal and external members. The successful candidate will possess the ability to refer credit union products to members in addition to performing normal teller duties.

The successful candidate will possess the ability to cultivate relationships while focusing on providing quality service to enhance the quality of life for the member. This position requires interaction with members in a Call Center environment which includes opening accounts, taking loan applications and having the ability to cross sell additional products that make money, save money or provide convenience for the member.
