Streamline Mortgage

  • Streamline mortgages available to members who own property in the State of Wyoming
  • Mortgage product for members financing low dollar mortgages with substantial equity
  • Loan to Value: Up to 70%
  • Repayment Terms: Members have several options to choose from, based on their credit score and loan amount. Payments will remain the same thru the term of the loan. The term of the loan will not exceed 10-years.
  • Interest Rate: Based on the current CU Members 15/10 year with 1% origination rate and loan-to-value
  • Closing Fee: One-time fee of $249 to cover recording, releasing, title and flood certificate. Appraisal fee may be required.
  • Early Payoff Penalty: None
  • Late Fees: 5% of the payment or $25.00, whichever is greater after 10 days.
  • Interest: Monthly 360 day accrual
  • Monthly Payment: Payments may be made in person, through the mail, auto detection, payroll deduction, on-line banking or telephone teller.
  • Statements: Monthly or Quarterly. Statements can be delivered via online Banking or through the mail. Members who elect E-Statements via online banking will be able to view their statements on the 1st day of each month.
  • Other requirements: Flood insurance may be required by the Underwriter.
